When I arrived to Kenya Africa in the wee hours of the morning, I decided to stay awake for the sunrise. The golden sun lined up perfectly in the tower. I’d like to thank my guide, Maurice, for showing me your beautiful city. Security at the hotel is tight though (which is understandable with who is arriving), making it difficult to walk in and out to explore. And the only animals I’ve seen were on a coca-cola advertisement. Don’t get me wrong – I didn’t expect to see a giraffe standing on International Conference Centre lawn, but at least a bird (stork, crow, ibis, buzzard). Nope, nada, nothing. I’m here and I already look forward to coming back someday for vacation and going to the animal orphanage.
Very early morning sunrise from hotel rooftop in Kenya. Waiting for THE MAN to arrive.
